Can I bring a guest who doesn’t do the activity?
Yes. Companions are welcome to stay at the property, enjoy the amenities, and share meals without joining the activity.
I live nearby — can I attend the weekend activity without staying overnight?
Absolutely. Whether you live locally or prefer to book your own accommodations, you can join any activity as a day participant without booking an overnight stay.
How far in advance should I book my retreat?
We recommend booking as early as possible since group sizes are small and spots fill quickly.
Do you host private retreats for larger groups?
Yes. You can host your own private retreat and choose your dates, activities, and lodging options. We also welcome corporate retreats where you can bring your own instructors, or choose from our available activities.
How close are you to NYC?
If you’re driving, it can take anywhere from 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on traffic. We’re accessible by bus from the Port Authority, and a short drive away from Stewart International Airport and Hudson Valley Regional Airport. Learn more about how to get to us.
Can I rent out your property for a group event?

Do you rent out the property for films and movies?
